Massachusetts Professional License, for grades 5 through 12, in English as a Second Language, English,  and German; in Mathematics, for grades 1 through 8.  I was a 2002 signing bonus recipient with the Massachusetts Initiative for New Teachers, and I was trained by The New Teacher Project.
